Members of JBU SIFE believe that leadership is a cornerstone for the success for any endeavor in life. This is why we devote much effort to teaching leadership skills in several of our projects as well as exposing our team members to the world of leadership.

We believe good leaders are characterized by the following qualities.

• Inspire trust among those whom they lead. This is demonstrated through a consistent balance of words matching actions in every aspect of their lives.
• Have the capacity to think forward and dream big, creating a vision that they use effectively to ignite others' passions and motivate them to work towards a common goal.
• Have a set of values they use to make decisions and evaluate their actions.
• Have a positive attitude that leads them to take initiative in promoting improvements and engage others in the same direction.
• Know how to get things done.
